Our Beers


Pils (alc. 5,3% vol.)

Light gold lager, balanced between the initial sweetness of the malts and the final herbal aroma of the Bohemian hops.
Available on tap in our pub, 33cl bottles, and kegs.

Brown ale (alc. 4,9% vol.)

A dark amber (brown) ale with reddish tones. Caramel and nutty characters, with the typical aroma from British hops. Light body and medium-low carbonation. We love serving it by hand pump.

Tripel (alc. 9% vol.)

A deep gold ale with spicy, fruity (yellow ripe fruit) aroma with a honey note and continental hops aroma. Medium body with a warm and dry finish.

Keller (alc. 4,5% vol.)

A light gold lager, easy to drink. Perfect for first-timers!

Estiva (alc. 5% vol.)

Yellow gold ale. Kolsch yeast and hops from New Zealand. If you love labels, this could be defined as either a “Pacific Kolsch” or a “Session Beer” or a “Summer Ale”. Citrus notes (grapefruit) and tropical fruit (passion fruit) with the balsamic flavours of a vegetable garden and tomato leaves. The citrus of the grapefruit and the dryness of its body are followed by a clean and fresh finish.

American Pale Ale (APA) (alc. 4,8% vol.)

A light amber ale, with highly recognisable citrus/floral characters from American aromatic hops.

Weisse al Farro (alc. 4,7% vol.)

A light blonde hazy beer, this is our interpretation of the Bavarian wheat (Weizen) beers. Made with 33% of non-malted spelt from Brianza, with a distinctive yeast character.

Senatrice Cappelli (alc. 4,6% vol.)

A light gold cloudy beer inspired by the Belgian Witbier. It is made with 50% of the well-known Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, flavoured with freshly-ground coriander and citrus peel. There is also a version flavoured with the Pompia sarda.

"Gaballus" Berliner Weisse (alc. 3,3% vol.)

Light and citrus "Sour" beer, perfect match for our Aperitivo. It is made using 50% of malted wheat, sour mash, and a hybrid fermentation with Saccaromyces Cerevisiae and Lactobacillus Delbrueckii.

Black Hallertau Lager (alc. 4,9% vol.)

Black lager using only Hallertau hops.

Ginger Ale (alc. 3,8% vol.)

Clear amber/copper beer, light and rounded body, with fresh ginger added during the fermentation.

O.G. 1111 (Invernale) (alc. 13% vol.)

Dark and warming beer, a wintertime sipper. It can be stocked for aging. With a significant alcoholic strength, it is a complex and elegant beer.
Available only in bottles (33cl / 37.5cl).

Coffee Brett Imperial Stout (alc. 11% vol.)

Black beer made with a lot of coffee and Brettanomyces. Demanding.
Available only in bottles (37.5cl).

Nespolik (alc. 6% vol.)

We produce only one batch per year, adding Japanese loquat during the fermentation. Barrel aged.
Not available at the moment.

Amanipa (alc. 8,5% vol.)

Double I.P.A. fermented with lager yeast. Made using hop extract, and a lot of American + Australian hops at the end of boiling and in dry hopping. Very hoppy.

Italian Tomato Ale (I.T.A.) (alc. 4,6% vol.)

We made this beer using 33% of “datterini di Scicli” tomatoes, with basil and oregano in dry hopping.

I.G.A. Mo’Scanzati Azzo (alc. 5,6% vol.)

Aromatic beer, produced using “Moscato di Scanzo” grape must. Purple with pink(ish) head. Nutmeg and black pepper aroma, wild strawberries and spices flavour. A hint of incense.
Only available in 0,75cl bottles and magnum.

Rauch (alc. 5,2% vol.)

Dark smoked beer (beechwood-smoked malt, from Bamberg), light body and dry finish.

Stanislao Barley Wine (alc. 10,2% vol.)

English Barley Wine. It is like diving into history: 100% Maris Otter malt, long boiling and British hops.
Available in 0,33cl bottles.

Imperial Stout (barrel aged with porcini) (alc. 11% vol.)

Barrel aged Imperial Stout, with dried boletus edulis (better known as porcini), added in dry hopping; the earthy notes from porcini fit properly.
